BrainStation Launches New Digital Skills Training Courses at New York Campus

BrainStation, a leading digital skills training provider that Techvibes has covered recently, has announced six new training options at their New York campus: Design Thinking, Agile Methodology, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Web Accessibility, and Search Engine Optimization.

Available in two-day and five-week options, the new courses were designed to help professionals and entire teams learn new specialized skills in an accelerated format, with the same hands-on approach used in BrainStation’s full-time programs.

“We take an agile approach to learning and are constantly benchmarking our curriculum against changes in the industry to figure out what skills, techniques, and tools are most in-demand, and these courses address a real need for high-quality cloud platform and digital skills training,” says Jason Field, BrainStation’s Founder and CEO.

“This is especially true in New York City, where the hunger for professional development is stronger than anywhere else in the world, and digital skills are at the core of any professional advancement,” he says, adding that the new courses will also be available through the company’s Online Live learning option.

“We’ll be broadcasting these courses live from our New York campus, which gives professionals across America the chance to connect and collaborate with our New York-based instructors, who come from some of the most innovative companies in the world,” he said.

BrainStation also offers a range of full-time programs and part-time courses, both online and at their campuses across North America, which cover five main disciplines: data, development, design, marketing, and product. With the introduction of new specialized training options, professionals will now be able to take a focused, deep dive into a specific skill within these fields.

The company’s course offerings, as well as their Online Live learning option, are built upon a proprietary learning platform, which they call Synapse. The platform is designed to take a data-driven approach to learning, collecting insights on comprehension and engagement to customize the experience for every professional. When students use it, they can access training materials at all hours of the day, from anywhere in the world.

“Synapse is a natural extension of the instructor-led learning experience we have on campus, and it allows us to centralize everything, which really encourages feedback, engagement, and collaboration,” Field says.

“People are busy, and we know that. With Synapse, though, they can still get the very best learning experience, regardless of their schedule or location.”
