Which Company Has the Most Admired Corporate Culture in Canada?

Waterstone Human Capital has named its annual 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures of 2016 in Canada. Among the winners are several technology firms, including Kitchener’s Miovision, Toronto’s Wave, and Vancouver’s Clio.

The annual award program, now in its twelfth year, recognizes leading Canadian corporate cultures that have a measurable impact on business success.

“Each and every employee within Clio should be humbled and honored to see the values that they live and breathe daily recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures,” said Jack Newton, Clio’s CEO.

“Clio’s employee-led values are based on ownership, transparency, and personal growth. They underpin every action taken, from how we treat our customers, to who we hire, to talent growth and development,” added Rian Gauvreau, COO.

This year Clio also made both the Deloitte Fast 50 and Fast 500, identifying the highest-growth technology companies in North America.

Clio will be participating in Techfest in Toronto in January.
